Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your GymB subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to the premium features of the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. To cancel, please visit your "Settings" > "Subscription" page within the dashboard or contact our support team.

2. Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions: Generally, we do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions once the payment has been processed. You will continue to have access until the end of the billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 7 days, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are not typically provided, but exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

3. Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
