1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GymB platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Use License
GymB grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our SaaS platform for your internal business operations (managing your gym or fitness studio).
3. Subscription and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).
All payments are processed securely. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
4. Content
You are responsible for the data and information ("Content") that you upload to the Service. You retain ownership of your Content, but you grant GymB a license to host, copy, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GymB, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
